Arkane Jewellery was established in 1989.

Back in the day, Arkane Jewellery (Hazel Morris) started out creating only large one-off cast brooches and pins inspired by Anglo-Saxon designs and style featuring mainly animals and birds. Now Arkane's range extends to all types of jewellery - large cast neckpieces, delicate pendants, rings (including wedding rings), bangles, earrings, cufflinks, buckles and pretty much anything else you might want! But the ethos to create individual and unique pieces remains.

Most designs continue to be inspired by Anglo-Saxon design, created with a contemporary feel but commissions are considered in any style, to your own design or designed for you, in a range of precious and non-precious metals. All pieces are one-offs but designs for some of the smaller pendants and for rings, cufflinks and bangles can be repeated. Arkane produces a wide range of copper bangles which can also be made up in silver or gold or a combination of metals.

More recent work largely features the use of copper or gold combined with silver to give pieces a more three-dimensional and textured feel and a unique look. One-off cast pieces are now also made up in bronze to order. Pendants are generally fitted with 16 or 18 inch chains but can be supplied with a chain length of your choice. Rings can be resized or re-made to any size - from tiny to huge! (Although some ring designs don't always work on tiny!)

Arkane also produces some non-jewellery pieces including boxes, plaques and christening presents. Hazel is happy to discuss any ideas you may have. All pieces containing any precious metals are hallmarked.
